US Southwest’s® Broker, Ann Pettit began her career in subdivision sales in the late 1970’s, in the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley area, prior to the City being incorporated. She continued to work closely with developers, both acquiring land and running sales programs, as well as assisting with the development of new marketing and financing products.
She joined the Ixtapa Development Company Group in the early 1990’s as their 1st and only Broker, before acquiring their marketing arm and repositioning it as US Southwest®. Ann is the Broker and Owner of US Southwest® Real Estate. She has been in the real estate industry for 35 years. She has positioned US Southwest® as a Marketing Company that specializes in all aspects of real estate, including a Residential and Commercial Division and a Luxury Marketing Division.
